Description

Weisman Art Museum is a teaching museum for the University of Minnesota and Twin Cities community, which presents an array of exhibitions, public programs, and entertaining special events throughout the year. It features a collection of over 25,000 works, featuring American art from the first half of the twentieth century, including major works by Georgia O'Keeffe, Marsden Hartley, Milton Avery, and Alfred Maurer and a collection of contemporary art. The museum also has one of the largest collections of traditional Korean furniture.
