Surprised to find a very welcoming security guard on duty who invited us to spend the night. Bathrooms are decent. Literally on the banks of the Mississippi.

Stayed here last year (9/2022). Disappointed to discover overnight parking NO longer allowed, 2 hour maximum parking per security guard.
