Description

Jacqueline House Museum is Vicksburg's only museum dedicated to the study of history and culture of the African descent in the area. It has over 20,000 items which include photographs, books, manuscripts, music, posters, newspapers, and more. There are also some artifacts and items dating back to the slave period. It is open by appointment only from 10am to 5pm on Saturdays
