Description

The Oaks House survived the burning of Jackson, Mississippi during the Civil War. It is one of the oldest dwellings in Jackson. Visitors can explore this Greek Revival-style cottage and see its period furnishings. It also features a late Victorian garden with heirloom roses, camellias, and native perennials. It is open Tuesday to Friday, 10am to 3pm.
