Probably the best free campsite in the Lewis and Clark forest. A forest gravel but well maintained road takes you through several canyons along a river with developped campsites with firepits among a tall pines forest. Many campsites to choose from this long road. Some dry toilets are available 6 miles away upstream. Enjoy and respect this jewel.

Visited on a Friday evening and got the second spot up the road. It was beautiful. Right along the river, with a metal fire ring and some wood the last campers left behind. Loved it.
