The night I stayed there in August 2019: overgrown with grass in tent sites. Clean Forest Service toilets. More overgrown with brush than I like. It didn't appear to me as much as a campground as a series of relatively private pull-ins for tents or small RVs. It was raIny while I was there and I was glad to leave about 5am to get out of there before heavy rains set in. If you want relative privacy with maybe only one neighbor campsite visible and don't like open-area campgrounds, you might like this for a night. Probably not a good campsite if you expect to have young kids that wander off more than 50 feet or so.... because you won't be able to see them due to the amount of brush that obstructs your line of site.
