Couldn't make it due to snow. Roads were clear up to toll mountain road. Made it about half way down toll moutain to the fork.

Free. Has longdrop toilets. Surrounded by big boulders. Space for rvs or tents. 5 minutes along a dirt corrugated road for access.

Great little spot to pull up! Not busy at all while we were there. Toilets are nice and clean (drop toilets). Theres a nice little path around the perimeter of the area as well, probably a 10minute walk with bridge crossings at each end.
