Description

If you love watching wildlife, Beaver Dam State Park is the place for you. You might spot some mule deer, coyotes fox, bobcats, and mountain lion which make this a home. Majestic views of streams, waterfalls, trees, and sedimentary rocks will also relax its visitors. Beaver Dam has 2 developed campgrounds with individual campsites equipped with fire pit and picnic table. These sites are all on a first come, first serve basis. There are vault toilets on site while drinking water is available from April to November. You can stay for 14 days in a 30-day period for $15 per vehicle. Non-Nevada vehicles cost $20 a night. Keep in mind that electric power is not available in the park. You can go fishing in the streams and in the Oak Knoll Trail. Various hiking trails with scenic views can also be accessed from here.
