Redstone is a hidden treasure that is a geological wonder formed by ancient sand dunes. Picnic tables are hidden among the giant rocks. Behind this is the start of the trail where you can have a scenic view of the Lake Mead National Recreation Area.
Take your time to admire the wildflowers scattered on the trail or watch out for desert animals crossing like bighorn sheep, ground squirrels, bobcats, coyote, and mountain lion.
