Description
A nice picnic area with a beautiful view of the spring. It has shaded tables where you can enjoy meals with your family or friends. If you feel like dipping, you can soak in the warm water. Just make sure to keep the water away from your nose as pathogenic amoeba lives in here. This is a famous spot for bird watching along the north side of Lake Mead.
Pit toilets can be used by visitors. Food and drinks are accessible nearby. The spring is open from sunrise to sunset and free to enter. However, Lake Mead has an entrance fee of $10 per vehicle.
