Description

A short walk from Willow Springs Picnic area will bring you to this series of rock arts on cliffs just across Red Rock wash. It is also a nice stop for those taking the Scenic Drive loop. Petroglyphs are arts carved on the rocks, while pictographs are those painted on the rock. There are a lot of these rock arts in the area, some of which are tiny hands pictographs, probably of the Native American children who used to live in the area. Visitors are encouraged to take care of the site, and to not leave any damage to the area.
