Description
Beautiful and diverse plants can be seen as you hike this 2.4-mile trail. you'll have the best view of the monolithic canyon walls, and the ponderosa pine at its peak. It is a remnant of the last Ice Age but survived because of the cool air and water flowing down the canyon.

Easy to moderate 3 mile walk. Takes about 2 hours. We got a bit lost at the end as the trail was not clearly marked. The colours in this landscape were beautiful.
