Description
This ride located at the 51st story of Rio's Masquerade Tower is not for the faint-hearted. 550-feet above ground, you will be strapped to an open-air seat for two as you zip line to Rio's Ipanema tower, and back with a speed of up to 35mph.
On land, 35mph might not be very fast, but think about your feet dangling in mid-air with only a belt strapping you safe to your seat. Visitors who try this usually have a roller coaster of emotion from fear to excitement, some are quiet, some are screaming their hearts out.
There is no age restriction on this ride but after 7pm, only 21 years and older can take a ride. Tickets cost $29.95 exclusive of taxes. The zip line is open daily from 11 in the morning to 11 in the evening, and up to 12 midnight on Fridays to Sundays.
