Titus Canyon Road, Nye County, Nevada
Description
Titus canyon is the most popular back country road in Death Valley National Park. In your 2 to 3-hour drive, you will see rugged mountains, rock formations, ghost town, petroglyphs, wildlife, rare plants, and canyon narrows at the end.
You will need a 2WD high-clearance vehicle in your trip, and during times of adverse weather conditions, 4WD is recommended. The dirt road is rough, steep, and narrow. Canyon is also prone to flash flood so it would be better not to go on if rain is threatening to fall.
