This park provides full hookup sites for a daily rate of $39.03, and $35.53 for those with Good Sam. Monthly rates range from $455 to $515 excluding electricity, depending on the size of the site.
It is a 55+ community but are allowing children for up to 2 weeks per season. They have swimming pool and a hot tub for some water dipping.
A limit of two pets is being imposed, and if your fur buddy is 40 pounds or heavier, they first have to be approved by the management. Aggressive breeds are not allowed.
It is located 2 miles off the action at Las Vegas strip. They are also nearby grocery stores, restaurants, Walmart, Dollar stores, and Walgreens.

$26 on full hook up. Under new management since Aug 2017. We received great assistance from new owners. Office closes at 4pm, but owner came and settled us in. Clean amenities. Wifi only Soso. Bus to the strip is around the corner and cost $5 pp for 24 hr pass. Highly recommend as place to stay.

Park is very basic, not a lot of privacy and almost no vegetatian, sites are wide. But restrooms are nice and clean and cool. Owners are friendly. Pool is refreshing and clean. When you arive after 4 the office is closed but you can pick a vacant site yourself and call for the codes for the restrooms. A Uber to the strip is around 9 dollars.
