Frank Lloyd Wright's Zimmerman House
Point Of Interest
Has not been rated.
Description
Frank Lloyd Wright's Zimmerman House is only 1,458-square feet, yet the built-in furniture, continuous concrete floor mat, large windows, and dramatic changes in ceiling height imparts a sense of great spaciousness. The house is currently owned by the Currier Museum of Art because of the Zimmermans' decision to donate the home to the public after their death. The museum provides tours of the building, which is the only legal access to the grounds.
