Absolutely the worst place I ever stayed. 95% of the campground is seasonal with park model homes a campers set-up permanently . The campsites are at the back of the campground near the swamp. Site D10 where I was at was surrounded with 1960 vintage campers on blocks, paint peeling, and green mold.
