Campers at Datil Well campground will see one of the 15 water wells along old Magdalena Livestock Driveway. Hiking trails with scenic views of San Augustin Plains can also be accessed. Wildlife animals are occasionally spotted in the area.

A gem in the desert. Okay, no hookups and so on, you don't need it. You are in nature! Great place and wonderful scenery.
