Man in the visitor centrer was very helpful and provided us with brochures and information to help answer our questions and plan our time in New Mexico.

The rudest and most hostile staff in a visitor center in the US. When I politely asked for a map the man banged it on the desk and stepped back making clear the service is finished. I dared to ask about the weather forecast. Both man and woman made agressively clear that's not what they are there for. These people shouldn't work in a visitor center
