Description
Located right off Route 66 and close to Sandia Mountains, Albuquerque KOA provides access to several attractions. International Balloon Fiesta, Sandia Peak Tramway and Expo New Mexico Fairgrounds are nearby. Restaurants, aquarium, zoo and museums are also a stone-throw away.
The KOA offers full hookups of up to 50-amp power. WIFI, cable TV, propane and fire wood are available in the camp. Guests can have fun in the pool, hot tub, sauna, pavilion, or play mini golf. Dogs have their own park, too.
Daily rate starts at $60 for tents, $83.43 for RVs, and $120 for cabins.

Interstate 40 is right by this KOA and it's loud. If you are in a tent it's even louder. Earplugs or headphones may help. The park itself is very nice. Staff very friendly. Security fences and gates and a attendant on duty 24 hrs.

Steeplechase
Not sure about the highway noise in the review below. There is now a sound barrier and the highway noise is nearly nonexistent. A fantastic park perfectly run. A model for all Parks.
