Owner is very unprofessional needs to hire more help, take classes on business managmemt and customer service and hospitality skills

Park is clean and layed out well, showers are mediocre but usable. Restaurant and store/patk office are only open 12 pm to 6 pm. Owner trys to run the whole place himself and has a habit of vocalizing his woes to his customers, cant handle multi task in the office, ie: phone calls while taking care of a customer face to face. No online reservation
