Description

The Bowery House is an historic hotel that mimics its former incarnation as a flophouse. It opened its doors in 2011 after its redevelopment by Italian race car driver Alessandro Zampedri and American real estate entrepreneur Sanford Kunkel. The second floors hold long-term residents that rent tiny stalls that are six-feet long and five-feet wide, while the third and fourth floors house tourists.
