Description
Orchard Beach is a public beach part of Pelham Bay Park, and is situated on the western end of Long Island Sound. It spans 115 acres and is a 1.1-mile-long beach with a 13-section sandy shorefront, a hexagonal-block promenade, and a central pavilion with food stores and specialty shops.

Nice beach with cold outside beach showers. Giant Parking lot, parking fees might be charged in high season (june, july, august).
