Description

Homestead MetroPark is a 44-acre park offering a quiet, country atmosphere with a covered bridge, train station replica and two barns. The park also features shelters, a 2.5-acre fishing pond, play equipment, courts for sand volleyball and basketball, and a three-quarter mile paved trail that is great for hiking, biking, running, or walking leashed pets. The trail winds through the park and connects to the 6.1-mile Heritage Rail Trail.
