Description
Cottonwood Pit Campground is located in an old gravel pit with a large parking area that can accommodate several vehicles, thought there are only three established campsites. There is enough space for tents, RVs, and other luxury camping items.

Beautiful spot 30 minute drive up the mountain to the camp site, but a toilet and a small lake to jump into made it worth while- not too many people there mid week when I went just a few big 5th wheels, dogs and ATVs but quiet enough at night
