Description
LaPine State Park is a quiet and shady campground that connects to 14 miles of multi-use trails, following both sides of the river and linking key park landmarks. In the winter, visitors can enjoy snowshoeing and cross-country skiing on the park trails, while staying in one of the 10 cozy cabins.
Visitors can check out the McGregor Memorial Viewpoint that overlooks a scenic bend in the river, and is the gateway to the park's 14 miles of trails.
Aside from trails and scenic views, the park also features 82 full hookup sites, 47 water and electric only sites, five rustic log cabins, five deluxe log cabins, an RV dump station, and off-leash pet exercise area, and hot showers.
