Description

Smith Rock State Park is the perfect spot for several thousand climbs and more than a thousand miles of hiking and mountain biking trails. Visitors can even get the chance to see golden eagles, prairie falcons, mule deer, river otter and beaver along the trails. Camping is open early spring through late fall, and the park offers a walk-in bivouac area for tents only, and RV or vehicle camping are prohibited. There's also shower facilities for overnight guests.

Wonderful place for hiking and camping. Walk-in camping, only tents allowed (no sleeping in vehicels). Day Area nearby
