Description
There are a couple of hiking trails that can be accessed from Waxmyrtle campground. It is surrounded by tall trees while thick shrubs provide privacy to each site.
Waxmyrtle has a total of 55 sites, 19 are pull-through. Sites can be reserved in advance. Picnic tables, fire rings, water, and toilets are available. Dogs are allowed but must be on leash.
Camping fee is $22 a night. It is open from May to September.

very cute campground, lot of privacy, clean bathrooms, very quite and nice trails to the beach... recommend it

This campground has drive through sites for bigger vehicles and also has more private sites, separated by hedge walls.

Sign on 101 says siltcoos rec area. Next CG in, Driftwood 2 has showers for $1. This CG has 60 sites, most res only, almost empty on may 29, 2018. Empty mid week, fills on wknds.
