Description

Open year-round during daylight hours, the McNary Wildlife Nature Area spans 318 acres and is home to a variety of wildlife, with peak number of migrating birds in November. It also features a day use area with amenities including shaded picnic tables, hiking trails, vault toilets, and shoreline fishing access. Although there's no boat launch, only non-motorized or non-gasoline-motored boats are allows in the ponds.
