New manager doesn't allow camping. However there was a motor home camped in the lot. We just parked on the road behind the Safeway. You can access their free WiFi from there.

Slept in the back of my car for a night, safe with lamp posts right over RV car parking spaces. Safeway open until 1am, toilets available, no shower.
