Description

The Smithfield Municipal Ice Rink rents ice time to various youth, high school, and adult groups, as well as other surrounding Northern Rhode Island Communities. It is the home of the Smithfield Figure Skating Club, the Providence-Pawtucket Figure Skating Club, the Northern Rhode Island Viking Youth Hockey Program, the Rhode Island Saints Hockey Club, the Smithfield High School varsity hockey team and the Woonsocket/Scituate High School varsity hockey team. The rink also provides public skating hours for the general public.
