Description

Boating, waterskiing, fishing and swimming on Thurmond Lake are favorite recreations at Hawe Creek campground. The area also has an abundant wildlife where visitors can regularly spot southern bald eagles, wild turkeys, and whitetail deer. Most of the 34 sites in the camp are waterfront. It has electricity, water, dump station, boat ramp, and toilets. Camping fee is $26 to $28 a night.
