Description
Founded in 1681 when Englishman Major John Boone came to Charleston, the Boone Hall Plantation & Gardens symbolizes southern heritage and will take root in visitors' memories for many years to come. Marvel at the former brick slave cabins that date between 1790 and 1810.
The plantation is one of America's oldest plantations still in operation, and has continually produced agricultural crops for over 320 years.
