Description

Spearfish Falls is slightly off the beaten path, but well worth the walk. It is located in the heart of Spearfish Canyon near the Savoy area. The trail to the waterfall begins on the north side the Latchstring Inn restaurant and guides you to the bottom of the canyon where it takes you to the roaring waters of Spearfish Falls. Be sure to wear good shoes as the trail can be slippery at times. For those wishing to skip on the hike, there is an overlook deck on the south side of the restaurant.
