Description
The W. H. Over Museum features collections of rocks, minerals, botanical and biological (natural) specimens, fossils, photographs, works of art, archaeological artifacts, and items representative of the natural history, inhabitants, and the various ethnic groups who call South Dakota home.
It is the oldest museum in the state, and is dedicated to preserving and displaying South Dakota cultural and historical objects.
