Description

Pickwick Landing State Park features a lake and a river which offer recreations like fishing, boating, and swimming. There is also a marina in the park. The park has 48 sites with tables, grills, water and electric hookups. A bathhouse and dump station can also be accessed. On the north side of Pickwick Lake, there is a primitive campground with 33 sites. Bathhouse with showers, playground, and boat ramp are available in this area. Camping fee starts at $9 a night.

Everything Martin said except behind sites 24 and some others maybe there is a trail running to the lake and to the Island Loop trail. Hookups, Grills, shade, great for tent camping.

Nice campground, except for the camp sites. If you're bringing a camper, or TV, bring you jacks or leveling blocks. Most of the sites are paved, but slanted in every direction.Nice wooded area to camp but not connected to the lake
