Description

Cades Cove Scenic Loop offers some of the best opportunities for wildlife viewing in the park, where visitors can get a sight of some white-tailed deer, black bears, coyotes, ground hogs, turkeys, raccoons, skunks, and other animals. It is an 11-mile, one-way loop road circles the cove, offering motorists the opportunity to sightsee at a leisurely pace of at least two to four hours. Visitors can also get an inexpensive self-guiding tour booklet at the entrance to the road.
