Description

Carnton used to be a cotton plantation and a Civil War battle site in 1864. Today, visitors can have 60 or 90-minute guided tour of the house, 90-minute tour focusing on slavery. It is open from 9am to 5pm on Mondays to Saturdays, and at 11am on Sundays.
