Very nice place to sleep, I suggest you to buy a pass (10$) in the shop next to the small city. It s not free

Beach camping for about 1 mile North off Rettilon rd access point. Housing estate is beyond the camping area. Beach is hard paked sand and suitable for most vehicles. No camping allowed in dunes. Great night views out into the gulf of the tankers and oil rigs. Counted 31 the night we were here.

Stayed a few days with our 4 young kids early Mar. 2019. Sign said no permit needed if you park north of the entry road, which we did and had no problems. We were alone the first few days and then 1 other rv joined us on the last day. Very quiet and peaceful.
