Description
Cascade Caverns is a historically, geologically, and biologically important limestone solutional cave, which has been commercially operated as a show cave and open for public tours since 1932.
Aside form cave tours, it offers opportunities for camping with over 100 sites that range from full hookup RV sites to dry tent camping. There's also a laundry facility, restrooms and showers, picnic tables, BBQ grills, fire rings, RV storage, a 2,250-square-foot camper recreation building with pool tables and vending machines, free WiFi, and a 2,000-square-foot pavilion.

We were travelling east towards San Antonio, in search of a quiet campground, preferably not close to the noisy I10, and that's how we found Cascade Caverns, this campground is a hidden gem! A nice bushveld atmosphere with green grass, big trees, hiking trails and of-course the caverns. All amenities were neat and clean, and compliments to the booking system, very efficient, we managed to book and pay online without any issues.
