Description
Once served as a western defensive fort from 1867 to 1881, Fort Griffin still has its remnants to remind the people of the past. It offers opportunities for hiking and stargazing.
There are 33 sites in the park, all with fire ring, picnic table and grill. 19 of those have partial hookups, 7 with full hookups, and another 7 for tents.
Camping fee is $12 to $22 a night.
