Description

If you want to explore high-desert mountains, you can visit Franklin Mountains State Park. Hiking, biking, and rock climbing can be done in the park. It has 19 primitive sites and 3 group sites. Picnic tables, grills, and lantern posts are available in all sites. Camping fee is $10 a night for single sites and $20 to $30 for group sites.

Reservations for campsites RV1 - RV5 are taken only at the park office and are recommended. All campsites are located at the Tom Mays Unit (Latitude N: 31°54 29.40; Longitude W: -106°31 31.65) e.q. (31.926050, -106.042108)
