Description

Open from late April to mid-September, Schlitterbahn Waterpark New Braunfels was the first park established in the franchise and opened in 1979. It is home to the world's first inland surfing ride, the Boogie Bahn created in 1992; the first uphill water coaster, the Dragon Blaster in 1994; the world's first wave river, the Torrent; the world's most award-winning uphill water coaster, the Master Blaster; and the world's longest tubing river The Falls, featuring rapids and tube chutes.
