Well maintained resort, clean restrooms and laundry. Good Sam Park. Pool, hot tub. Restaurants close. 2 ml to Main Street. Not much privacy between sites. Place has a good feel for us, friendly and as far as we saw the most affordable of all Fredericksburg cg.
