Description
Lava Point campground has 6 first come, first served primitive campsites. There are pit toilets and trash cans available, but no water in the camp. Only vehicles up to 19 feet in length can be accommodated.
It is usually open from May to September, and about an hour and 20 minutes away from the south entrance of Zion National Park.

6 sites First come, first served. Pit toilets, no water. In the Zion National Park. Vehicles longer than 19 feet are not allowed on Lava Point Rd. Unpaved roads impassable when wet and high clearance recommend.

Beautiful campspot. Nice to wake up in the middle of the mountains. No facilities. No water. And the road is not that good. But okay.
