Description

Monte Cristo Campground is at the highest elevation in the Ogden District at 9,000 feet, and individual campsites are surrounded by spruce and Douglas fir stands, adding their fresh scent to the clear, cool air. Monte Cristo has two group areas that are available by reservation. Campers can purchase firewood from the onsite campground host, or enjoy exploring the local trails via hiking, biking, horseback riding and off-road vehicle riding.
