So we just arrived at this beautiful spot thanks to the description of hunty! If you go further than the tunnel there are nice spots without any noise of the highway. There is also good mobile data connection. The dirt road is in a good condition!

So use the satellite view or, even better, use Maps.me. It is easy to find, first right when coming from Zion, after the gas station... it is a dirt road on the right just before the hwy#89 starts rising up to the hill. We camped by a tunnel but most people followed the road further down the sandy muddy road. Quiet, not many cars passing on the hwy
