Updated location to first turn off for dirt road where most people are camped. There are two others on the left if you keep driving it looked like. Careful if rain is in the forecast as it looks like this place could flood and the roads could be impassable.

Lots of spots for camping throughout the area off of Wild Horse Road once you leave the Goblin Valley State Park. Along the rock wall seems popular. Stick to existing roads and camp only in existing sites. Use human waste sanitation devices.

Lots of nice out coves against the wall and good scenery. You will be camping among uranium mine tailings, so I would not stay here long term. Toilet available at Wild Horse Trailhead.
