Description
Because it is difficult to see Delicate Arch from the main park road, visitors must get out of the car to view it. The trail to see Delicate Arch up close and personal is a three mile roundtrip and climbs 480 feet. Along this steadily uphill trail, visitors would also pass the Wolfe Ranch cabin and a wall of Ute Indian petroglyphs.

Strenuous 3.0 mile (4.8km) trail return, but worth every bit of effort. You are rewarded with stunning views in every direction and the star of the show, Delicate Arch. Best viewed in the afternoon with the sun behind you.
