Description
During the late 1800s, Silver Reef was a booming mining town where silver in sandstone was discovered. Today, it is now a Wild West Ghost Town where you can visit Wells Fargo Express Stop Building, or have a tour of the Mine Exhibit. Other buildings you can visit are Cosmopolitan Building, Equipment Yard, Cassidy Powder House, old jail, Rice Bank building, and some street interpretive trails.
Admission fee is $3 per person or $10 family rate for up to 2 adults and 3 children under 18. It is open Monday, Thursday to Saturday from 10am to 3pm.
